Located in the little town of Humber, WI, a bar and hotel are for sale where you can hang out with locals- even the dead ones, according to an article by Realtor.com.
The Humbird Hotel Bar & Grill is located in the heart of the Badger State, just off Highway 12, and is teeming with the promise of paranormal activity. The bar, six hotel rooms, and a related residential apartment are for sale for $279,900. Additionally, a buyer must be ready for any and all apparitions.
Buyers will have to make a few renovations to the living space as the current owners weren’t able to finish their renovation project. Everything in the building, including the bar equipment, furniture, and fixtures, is included in the sale. Even spirits, both natural and supernatural ones.
