How I Got Featured on Washingtonian Magazine

Washingtonian, the magazine Washington lives by, is the region’s top source of information on popular local attractions, such as restaurants and neighborhoods, and entertainment such as fine art and museum exhibits. There is regular in-depth feature reporting of local institutions, politicians, businessmen, academics, and philanthropists. It also details essential services and real estate listings.

The video that made things click for me was 2925 Rosemary Lane. A video that I ended with me in my client’s hot tub in my suit. I realized I could actually sell real estate and have fun doing it by being creative and using my personality in the listing videos.

I started doing listing videos about three years ago and the goal was to be innovative, to provide something that no other realtor was providing, and to get the most attention to our listings as possible. The goal is not only to show how awesome your house is, but it’s also to get people to start watching and continue watching to the end. To share it and to get as many views as possible. We do a video for every listing and people are starting to take notice. Now, this is the cornerstone of our business model.

Aside from creative video listings, I also share my ideas and insights through a series of Instagram reels where I give advice and updates on the real estate market. This is where I impart the knowledge I gained throughout my career as a real estate agent. Since I’ve been in the industry for a while now, you can always count on my sound advice on how to win in this crazy market. Click the images below to watch the videos!
